Testing of insulating platforms

Upon receipt at the laboratory, the insulation platforms is documented.

These are then visually checked by our technicians.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment; finally they are visually inspected again, then stamped and packaged for return to the customer.

Documentation accompanies the decks at all stages of the test and any damaged platforms are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged platforms can be replaced with new products from our stock.
