Insulating shoes and boots testing

Upon receipt at the laboratory, the electric insulating shoes and boots are documented and then cleaned.

These are then visually checked by our technicians.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment.

After completion of the tests, the shoes and boots are stamped and packed to be returned to the customer.

Documentation accompanies shoes and galoshes at all stages of testing, and any damaged shoes are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged shoes can be replaced with new products from our stock.
