Insulating mats testing.

Upon receipt in the laboratory, the mats are documented, washed and dried.

These are then visually checked by our technicians.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment; finally they are visually inspected again, then stamped and packaged for return to the customer.

Documentation accompanies the mats at all stages of testing, and any damaged mats are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged mats can be replaced with new products from our stock.
