Dielectric covers testing

Upon receipt in the laboratory, the dielectric covers are documented and then cleaned.

These are then visually checked by our technicians.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment; finally they are visually inspected again, then stamped and packaged for return to the customer.

Documentation is accompanied by covers at all stages of testing, and any damaged covers are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged covers can be replaced with new products from our stock.
