Time/period of testing 12 month

Once received in the laboratory, the firefighters’ dielectric support equipment is documented.

These are then visually inspected by our technicians.

The next stage is electrical testing at the appropriate voltage for their class, carried out using Venko’s testing equipment.

Once the tests are completed, the equipment is stamped and packaged for return to the client.

Documentation accompanies the shears at all stages of testing and any damaged shears are recorded and then destroyed.
