Insulated sleeves testing

Upon receipt at the laboratory, the sleeves are documented.

These are then visually checked by our technicians using air blowing equipment.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment.

They are then refilled and visually inspected again, then stamped and packaged for return to the customer.

Documentation accompanies the sleeves at all stages of testing and any damaged sleeves are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged equipment can be replaced with new products from our stock.
