Electrically insulating helmets testing

After receiving the electrical insulating helmets in the laboratory, they are documented.

These are then visually checked by our technicians.

The next step is electrical tests at the appropriate voltage for their class using Venko test equipment; finally they are visually inspected again, then stamped and packaged for return to the customer.

Documentation accompanies electrical insulating helmets at all stages of testing and any damaged helmets are recorded and then destroyed.

At the customer’s request, damaged helmets can be replaced with new products from our stock.
